You may recall back in September I did a post on the raw chocolate company . They make fabulous chocolate bars and products produced with raw chocolate. The Cacao used is sun dried and not heat treated. The products are pure and suitable for vegans. Their are minimal added ingredients and the cacao is certified Fairtrade and organic.
