Deluxe Wedding Box for Kids

Published January 8, 2014 by Bizzimummy

I was recently sent a Children’s activity wedding box from a company called Yoyome.
No I’m not getting married but if I was these are certainly something I would consider buying for my wedding. I have 3 children after all and would want them there plus other family members who also have children.

So what is this wedding box all about? Well weddings are a special day for all and can be lots of fun watching the bride & groom. Getting drunk, dancing away, greeting those embarrassing relatives you have not seen since you were knee high and of course watching “Uncle you know who” do his thing on the dance floor. This is great for adults and even teens; but younger children can easily get bored and fidgety and that’s where these Wedding boxes come in.
The boxes come in two age groups 3-6 years and 6-9 years. They cost £18 each so it would obviously depend how many children you planned on inviting and your budget.
The boxes are very nicely presented with a bride and groom picture on the front and wrapped with a white ribbon.

Inside the box are lots of different goodies and things to do and these are wrapped with tissue paper giving that extra luxury touch.

Inside the 3-6 years wedding box is
*A5 wedding alphabet doodle pad
*Pack of 12 wax crayons
*Mini YoYo
*Mini bubbles
*Disposable camera
*List of things to photograph
*Table place mat
*2 sheets of alphabet wedding stickers
*Wedding colour-me-in card

I think the camera is a wonderful idea it will certainly keep young children entertained taking their own photographs all night and then they can look forward to taking it into a photo shop to be developed. The colouring items and puzzles will also keep them busy and the box allows adults to have a bit of stress free time whilst the young ones are busy with their boxes.
The doodle pads & crayons can also be purchased separately for £6.00 and the pads have 26 pages. Each page is designed around a letter of the alphabet.
The wedding colour me in cards can also be purchased separately at £4.00 and are cards that children can colour in and give to the bride and groom. These cards will be very personal as they can’t be bought in shops like any other card.

Wedding goody bags contain a few items from the wedding box and cost £12.
The boxes for 6-9 year olds contain similar items.
If I was getting married I would like to have the wedding boxes for my children throughout the reception. I will be recommending these boxes in the future to any family or friends who get married. After all weddings are usually something you only do once or maybe twice so why not make it a special a memorable day for everyone. Kids included.
