Seascape island apothecary

It’s always a pleasure getting to test out some lovely products for myself rather than anything for my kids or my home.
I was sent over a selection of products from Seascape who are based in Jersey and use a selection of local produce and extracts of herbs found on the island to create their range of bathing and skincare products.
The first product I tried out is the Seascape Uplift Bodywash

The Bodywash came packed in it’s own very decorative box making it a perfect gift too.

The Bodywash contains natural Jersey oils of eucalyptus, lime and lavender and is free from anything nasty.
I could smell the Bodywash as soon as i opened it. I immediately smelt the lime oils which are very zingy. I love eucalyptus it’s probably one of my favourite oils and reminds me of a child using vapour rub when unwell. The lavender oils always make me feel relaxed and always help me get a good nights sleep which I certainly did after using this. A little bit of this Bodywash goes a long way. It lathers really well and left me smelling great afterwards. This Bodywash costs £16 and there are other bathing products to use with this too.
After bathing I was ready to use my next product. Peppermint lip balm

The lip balm contains pure peppermint oils with Jersey beeswax, honey and jojoba oil. It helps to soothe dry or chapped lips which occur often in the cold months. It’s easy to apply and does not irritate and gives my lips a minty fresh feel.
This lip balm costs just £10 and will certainly last a long time. It’s only small so very handy to keep in bags to apply when out and about.
As well as bathing and skincare products for women. Seascape also offer a selection of products both for men and children/babies plus a selection of lovely gifts.

I love the sound of the range, I like to use products with natural oils and obviously it’s always good to support small british brands. The lip balm sounds lovely.
