Next month will see the much anticipated Muppets Most Wanted movie sequel arrive in cinemas across the UK.
Ryan and Jordanna absolutely loved the first muppets film. They were rather shocked when I told them that I used to watch muppets on television as a little girl. I think they assume televisions didn’t exist when I was younger.
In anticipation of the movie release, popular game and puzzle maker Ravensburger have bought out a 100 piece Jigsaw featuring the entire muppets gang.
The jigsaw captures all the muppets cast including the most loveable well known characters such as Miss Piggy, Kermit and Gonzo and also the smaller and perhaps less well known characters too (don’t ask me to name them all).
The jigsaw is aimed at children ages 6 and over. There are 100 pieces altogether. Ryan is 9 and Jordanna is 6 and I did have to help them quite a bit with this ,or they would of just give up. We started, as most would; by finding the straight edged outside pieces first and then finding distinct pieces such as eyes etc. The three of us completed it in probably 15 minutes. We could have probably done it a little quicker if it wasn’t for little Izebella trying to steal the pieces.
The finished puzzle measures 49x36cms. It’s a nice bit of art work which with some special jigsaw glue would look quite a fine bit of bedroom wall artwork: hung up if one wishes. My kids are however more than happy to attempt it all over again another day but by themselves this time they say.
The jigsaw pieces are cut from premium grade card and feel strong and sturdy which is a must with my children.
