There will be wrists glistening with glamour this Summer, as this month will see the launch of a fabulous new range of watches. The watches are part of the Casio Sheen collection.
The new collection, known as SS14 (spring/summer 2014) brings a rainbow of elegant metal time pieces. A mixture of gleaming metals is used by Casio to create warm toned feminine watches. Watches which bring with them a touch of everyday elegance.
The watches come in four different styles as you can see above. Of course my post would not be the same unless I had one myself. I chose the gold plated design and as you can clearly see it really is both stunning and beautiful.
It's the sort of watch that on a warm sunny day would really stand out in the bright sunshine. It's the sort of watch that looks amazing on a night out and as it's gold it would pretty much go with any dress style.
The watch boasts a ceramic sapphire face encasing, lifting the face in a light and delicate manor. There is a small numerical date dial at the quarter past point and Swarovski elements at the half past, quarter to and O Clock.
This lovely piece of jewellery certainly has a very feminine edge to it. With its stunning gold plate bracelet, watch face and the addition of the sparkling Swarvoski crystals. It's a beautiful piece which will have friends asking “where did you get that”
The watch fastens by a metal clasp and opens by pushing in two little buttons. The Sheen logo is displayed on the closed clasp giving the watch a perfect finish. The watch bracelet is standard size. If like me, you have a very small wrist you may require the links adjusting which can usually be done at the place you purchase the watch from.
All the watches in the Casio Sheen SS14 range can be purchased from H Samuel store, Casio London, Sheen Watches Uk and Casio online. The yellow gold, rose gold and bronze watch retail at £180 and the stainless steel watch at £150.
These really are beautiful elegant time pieces which do not come with the hefty price tag of some similar designs. They can be worn daily or added to a stylish outfit for a night out. They are sure to glimmer in the sun this Summer (if we get any that is)

I really want a watch but am fussy and have only ever seen watches that I like which are worth £10k! Well out of my budget. But these are beautiful! I have fallen in love slightly! I love the rose gold but it doesn’t go with my pale skin tone but I think the gold would! Maybe I’ll hint for Mother’s Day!
