Tuck Tuck is the business of Lisa “Cherry lips” Gomms. A Hertfordshire mum who has replaced the flowers and chocolate sending traditions with retro sweets.
The idea was inspired through a friend being dumped by her boyfriend and the name Tuck Tuck, comes from Lisa’s travel to Thailand. Tuc Tuc is A form of public transport combined with an old fashioned sweet shop name.
The way it works is that customers choose two types of sweets from the big selection available. They then pick a card with individual messages on. The parcel of sweets and card is then sent directly to the recipient and all for just £7.95. It makes a lovely gift when it arrives. Just the thought that someone is thinking of you.
The boxes are letterbox friendly meaning the recipient does not need to be home.
The card sits on top and the sweets covered by tissue paper.
As it’s almost Father’s Day my box has Father’s Day inspirations with a Daddy card and Dad themed sweets.
The sweets come in 100g bags and I received some lovely fizzy cola bottles and Pint pots.
I love my retro sweets they take me back to my childhood and that’s what this service is all about. Bringing back those childhood memories with tasty retro sweets and cheering somebody up.
The sweet boxes can be sent for any occasion at any time of the year and make a big change from just a card.
