Jackson reece wipes are named after the two sons of inventors Janet and Colin.
Their first son Jackson developed baby eczema and his condition was made worse by baby wipes containing alcohol.
After several years of research in 2003 they created their own unique wipes containing only natural ingredients.
The baby wipes come in two varieties being herbal and non scented.
The wipes are sourced from a high quality biodegradable cloth and incorporated with a herbal formulation containing aloe Vera, tea tree oil and ylang ylang, all of course being organic ingredients. The water used in the wipes is also purified. As the wipes use a natural vegetable based preservative system this also makes them suitable for vegans to use.
The wipes have gained an enormous feedback with many letters from parents saying how grateful they are to find a wipe that makes a difference for both adults and children with skin conditions. The wipes have also won over 20 awards.
I have used the Jackson Reece baby wipes many times with Izebella. I really like the scent of the herbal ones. It is just so different to any others and even friends and family comment on how good they smell. I also find them to be wetter than other wipes/ or more moisturising. I find other wipes dry out more quickly when the pack is opened whilst the Jackson Reece wipes seem to stay wet. I have had no problems whatsoever using these and I have pretty much been using them on and off since Izebella was just a few months old. I can usually find them in most supermarkets for just £2 a pack or there abouts.
A product I had not used before from the Jackson Reece brand is the Nose Nuzzles
Again these are wipes but come in a smaller pack than the baby wipes. The nose nuzzles are designed for soothing little runny noses whilst still caring for sensitive skin.
I find Izebella has a near constant runny nose or sniffles. It seems to come and go week by week. Usually without any illness. Wiping her nose with tissue or other wipes can sometimes cause under her nose to become a little red and sore. This is what the nose nuzzles are for, to prevent the soreness.
Just like the baby wipes these too are 100 % biodegradable and made from the same natural ingredients. They are soft and thick and don’t contain anything nasty that could irritate.
Nose nuzzles are unscented and can also be found in supermarkets, probably next to the baby wipes and cost around £2.49

It’s so hard when you have sensitive skin. I’ll have to have a look and see where to buy from!
Those Nose nuzzles seem like such a good idea.
