Milk time with Daioni

With the announcement that milk time is due back in schools from next year, Daioni, the Welsh organic milk brand is encouraging parents to give their children a head start when they go back to school in September, by putting milk cartons in their lunch boxes.

Daioni have introduced 3 delicious flavours in handy 200ml cartons, just the perfect size for little hands. The flavours are chocolate, strawberry and banana. Each one is full of dairy goodness and low in fat, sugar and free from artificial colours.

The milk drinks are produced on the family farm in Pembrokeshire in Wales. They provide a tasty alternative to standard milk.

We were sent some cartons to try in each flavour. The thing I really liked about these was that they were not over powered by sweet flavouring. I could still taste the milky goodness with a dash of flavour. They are quite refreshing and would also make a lovely breakfast or supper drink too as well as for a lunch box. These milk drinks are sufficient to provide a child’s daily calcium fix too.

They cost approximately 79p each for a 200ml carton and available from Ocado as well as many other smaller stockists. A full list of stockists can be found at http://trioni.com.
