Ozeri Serafino insulated drinking glasses

Published December 4, 2014 by Bizzimummy

I get fed up of buying glasses. They don’t seem to last long, always cracking or smashing. My cupboards were recently looking a bit empty of glasses recently and I was relying on cups to have drinks in.
I was then contacted by Ozeri and given the opportunity to review a new type of glass set. The Serafino Double Wall 8 oz Beverage & Coffee Glasses.

The set contains 4 glasses each one will hold 8oz of liquid.

These glasses are made from durable, heat resistant, mouth-blown borosilicate glass of the finest quality. Borosilicate glass is stronger than common glass it is claimed to be shatter-resistant.
The double-walled design offers ultimate insulation to maintain drinks at their ideal temperature.

I could notice a difference straight away from taking the glasses out of the box. They feel much different to normal everyday cheaper glasses. First the glass feels much thicker and second even tho the glass seems stronger, the glass itself is very light weight.

Unlike other glasses these Serafino ones are capable of holding both very hot and very cold beverages. They can hold both coffee, hot chocolate and frozen beverages or can be used for a drink of average room temperature.
I enjoy a hot chocolate or milky coffee in the evenings especially now it’s a little colder.

This is my hot chocolate made with boiling milk, heated in an 800w microwave for just over 2 minutes in the Serafino glass. It’s too hot too drink yet and I will get a burn should I be daft enough to put my finger in the liquid. The glasses have no handles and I would usually worry about burning my hand carrying or touching it but not with these.
Each glass is specially designed to keep hands cool even with the hottest of liquids inside. The glass on the outside feels slightly warm but certainly not hot and certainly nothing that would harm or burn.
For chilled beverages the glasses stay free of condensation and frozen beverages won’t make your hands hurt with cold either.
The shape of the glass makes it easy to hold and handle. The middle of the glass all goes inwards providing an easy grip.

As well as all this amazing glass technology my new glasses are also quite eye catching. The double wall design suspends the liquid in the inner wall so it almost looks like a bubble effect around the drink.

The glasses are both microwave and freezer safe and can also be placed in a dishwasher. They come with a 1 year warranty too and can be purchased from Amazon Italy and Amazon UK for approximately £24.95.

They are guaranteed to last!
