It would seem my sweet tooth just keeps on getting sweeter and sweeter. Look what my lovely courier bought me this time.
These are a selection of scrumptious little desserts from Pudology.
Pudology is a family run business who’s soul aim is to create delicious desserts that everyone is able to enjoy. The company founder Lucy was diagnosed with a dairy and egg intolerance and like many became aware of the lack of tasty treats out there for people like her. That’s how the idea for pudology came about back in 2011.
When Pudology mention they want to create delicious treats that everyone can enjoy, believe me that is exactly what they have done. These desserts are divine.
The puds are both dairy and gluten free tho to try them you wouldn’t think so. They taste better than many of the usual dairy desserts that I have tried.
I have been feasting upon 5 different types of the puddings. Lemon, Strawberry, Millionaires, Chocolate and orange and Banoffee. All equally delicious and unique in their own way.
This is the Banoffee one!
Layers of biscuit, toffee, chocolate and real banana.
The lemon pud. Like a tangy sweet creamy lemon sorbet.
Strawberry pud includes a coconut and strawberry mousse on a layer of biscuit. Almost like a little cheesecake, but obviously no dairy.
Millionaires pud, an indulgent mixture of everything. Layers of biscuit, caramel and chocolate. A perfect hit for Valentines this one.
Last but certainly not least – The Chocolate and Orange. Oh wow this was amazing and probably my favourite overall if I had to choose one. It’s just a pot of indulgent chocolate orange ganache and nothing else. The chocolate is infused with Brazilian Orange oil and each spoonful is just heavenly.
These little puds taste delicious and it is impossible to tell that they are dairy, gluten and wheat free. They can pretty much be enjoyed by anyone, even vegans. They come in 85g pots which are made from very tough plastic. I have been washing these out as I eat them and they will come in very handy to reuse as paint pots or even for little seeds, so no wastage either.
The Pudology puds can be purchased as a single pot or twin pack from £2-£4 from various stores including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Selfridges. A full list of stockists can be found at the Pudology website
It would seem it’s not just me who enjoys them either.

Those look good! I’m blessed not to have a problem with gluten or dairy, but I know manky people who do have a problem with it who would really benefit from having these as a desert option!
These look so yummy! Haven’t seen them before in the shops but I’ll be keeping my eye out 🙂
