Morse Toad: send a chocolate message

Published March 23, 2015 by Bizzimummy

Last week was a really bad week for me. Izebella was unwell with yet another virus. Coughing non stop all night meaning very little sleep for me. I then still had to get up before 7am for the school run so I have been a little down and exhausted. It's always nice to receive packages through the post and as you can imagine I get a lot. However a few days ago I received a special little message which simply said “You are Awesome”. The best thing about this message is that it's all in delicious chocolate.

This came from a company called Morse Toad. Morse Toad is all about reliving the good old days, a time where people sent letters sealed with wax and a time when pigeons carried messages afar (a very long time ago). These days all I seem to get letterwise is a pile of bills and PPI insurance offers.

Morse Toad allows users to create and send personalised chocolate messages just like mine in the photograph above. The messages can be for many occasions such as birthdays, new baby, exams etc or just to let someone know you are thinking of them.

Each chocolate message is made up of several individual chocolate chunks. Each one with a letter stamped onto it to form a message. Names can be added to many of them if required. The chocolate message comes in a small box which will easily fit through the letterbox.

I was home when my postie bought me mine but they can simply be popped through the box if the recipient is not home. The chocolate is very chunky, big melt in the mouth pieces of quality Belgian chocolate , tho it was a shame to break the lovely message up to eat it.

These lovely little chocolate messages start from £7.50 per box. The price is dependant upon how many chocolate pieces (letters) are required. I would much prefer one of these messages for Easter over any egg. My message cheered me up a lot.
