Tonight is Ryan’s school prom. He’s already there and looking smart in his suit and shoes.
I did feel a little bad beforehand as some of the children arrived by Limo and sadly this is just unaffordable for me. He came back from a £180 school trip yesterday and with Jordannas birthday and other things this month it just wasn’t doable. Plus its primary school and when I was younger it was a school disco. No suits, no cars and no red carpet. His school is a 5 minute walk so we walked and he didn’t mind once there.
Tomorrow is his graduation day and assembly then onto a new chapter in his young life in September which is high school and yet more expense and eventually a much more expensive prom with the limo.
