I can’t believe it’s November already. It really has gone so fast this year. November brings in cold weather, tho we have been lucky so far I can almost bet the very cold nights are just around the corner. Izebella is just getting over a bout of Scarlett fever and I’m expecting more colds and coughs to follow too.
When I was a very young girl, our house did not have central heating, only fires downstairs. It would get very cold and the only thing we had for our beds at night time were hot water bottles which often burnt feet or worse still leaked. Now for our little ones, there’s Hot Hugs Hotties from Aroma home.
This is the pink owl and just one of many animal characters to choose from. It looks just like a regular cuddly toy but they can be placed safetly in a microwave to provide a gentle warmth when hugged. The warning process also releases a mild lavender aroma, lavender of course being the perfect scent for drifting off to sleep.
I have warmed up owl a fair few nights and the aroma is still there. The toy isn’t too hot and providing the instructions are followed correctly it’s much safer than the old hot water bottles and nothing inside that can leak. They don’t stay warm all night but unlike the water bottles they don’t get cold either and make a new nice nighttime cuddly companion.
There are 12 animal friends to choose from for £19.99 each.
