Prior to Christmas I received a rather special and fairly festive box full of sweets.
My box came from “The sweet club”
It’s a sweet subscription service and toy wouldn’t be mistaken to think that I have reviewed them before. However their boxes have undergone a few changes and improvements, being slightly bigger and their website now has even more sweet choices.
So the way it all works is you sign up with your details and pick which sweets you want or if you can’t choose then you can order a variety or surprise box. The boxes start at £8.25 and can either come fortnightly or monthly.
There are hundreds of sweets to choose from which are placed in east to find categories. Think of old fashioned sweet shops with all your childhood favourites and it’s almost guaranteed you will find them here. There are new additions too of American type sweets which can be difficult to get in shops here.
The loose sweets/Chocs/she every etc are all placed in 100g bags and you get 8 lots of sweets per box and so 800g of sweets. Some sweets come as bars or tubes so aren’t put in bags but still give roughly the same weight.
These are my selections and as you can see there is a mixed variety of hard candy, soft sweets, chocolate, fudge, refreshers and even a few festive chocolates and candy canes which went straight on the tree. I think my kids got more of the box than I did.

Oh I do like the look of this box…Yum!
