Naughty but Rice, is the new rice pud, available in single use flavoured pots.
Naughty but Rice is full of high quality ingredients and the puds are available in three tasty flavours; exotic Coconut & Raspberry, irresistible Chocolate Orange and saucy Salted Caramel.
The pots can easily be heated in the microwave and provide a warm tasty dessert.
We were challenged to come up with our own unique flavours of rice pudding and havd been sent a big box of goodies which include the naughty but rice pots plus lots of other sweet ingredients.
The box came with a packet of rice pudding rice to make the pudding with. This can be done either in an oven dish or on the hob with a pan. It’s not somethng I have ever made before but it is pretty easy, the trick is just to make sure it does not burn.
Rice pudding on its own always tastes pretty bland to me, so it’s good that we have all the ingredients to flavour it with. My children all wanted different things but of course all wanted to try it with chocolate.
This chocolate got melted and then mixed into the made rice pudding. I also added a few drops of vanilla extract and a tiny amount of cinammon which is a very strong flavour.
Ryan then decided to experiment a bit more and added peanut butter and a handful of nuts that we already had, however he did say the flavour was a little strange.
We also made a less sickly and more original flavour by adding desiccated coconut, a little nutmeg, sugar and a spoonful of jam.
Finally a really naughty but nice flavour of my own, and one for the adults only. Rice pudding with syrup, sugar, cinammon and baileys!
Delicious but very sweet and naugty, not one for the kids.
We have enjoyed mixing and making new flavours of rice pudding.

I love naught but rice. Tried them a few weeks ago and I’m hooked! x
