Strive footwear is different to everyday footwear as their shoes offer much more comfort.
A lot of information about how Strive shoes are made can be found over on their website.
I guess many shoe companies claim that their shoes offer maximum comfort but unfortunately many shoes don’t and end up causing damage or blisters to feet. My feet seem very sensitive to new shoes, I always end up with blisters until my feet get used to them. With my new strive sandals; this did not happen.
These are my new Montana sandals. They have four colour choices and this is the Oxford tan shade.
It states on an information leaflet that some people may feel a little discomfort when first wearing Strive shoes, but I did not. However I can understand why some people would. The new footbed technology used in these shoes gives a bit of a bump in the middle of the shoe. It’s hard to explain and tricky to get it on a photograph. It’s like a small soft hill which contours to the bottom of the foot. To me it felt really comfortable as soon as I put them on, but I can understand why it could take a few days of wearing to get used to it as it’s not like wearing a regular pair of sandals. To me it felt a little strange but really comfortable.
The straps are also comfortable enough. I’ve had plenty of sandals where the straps dig into or irritate the skin, but not with these.
These sandals are very multi functional too and can be worn for every day use during hot weather or even with a long dress in the evenings.
They make great beach shoes, easy to take off and lovely on the feet to walk in, even with bits of sand in the toes.
