I was recently chosen to take part in the #meatmatterschallenge via Britmums. I was sent a voucher to buy the meat and bought a small lamb breast joint. Lamb provides seven vitamins and minerals, that support good health and well-being.
I added honey and herbs to my lamb and put it in my tefal actifry which cooks food quicker and healthier. This didn’t take as long as oven cooking would.
Being lamb breast means there are no bones inside and although this is a cheaper joint of lamb than a leg would be, it can be just as succulent if cooked correctly. When cooked right it should simply fall apart when pulled with a fork.
Once cooked and carved I added some potato pops which are like small roast potatoes, some green beans and Yorkshire puddings.
And yes it was lovely with a few spoons of gravy on top.
