Mums luxury diary 2018 + Giveaway

Published August 11, 2017 by Bizzimummy

To finish off the week, I have a lovely giveaway for all my lovely readers.

We may only be in August but I bet those diaries are staring to look full and worn. Not everyone keeps a diary, I do; but if you don’t then they also make lovely Christmas gifts if your stuck for ideas as the majority (including this one) begin right after Christmas of course.

This one is a little bit more special than most. It’s designed for mums like me and is also a recipe diary meaning there is a recipe on virtually every page, or every diary week.

The recipes are a mixture of sweet and savoury dishes to suit the season, complete with full instructions and approximate cooking times.

As well as recipes, the diary also contains some really useful kitchen information, including weight conversions, cooking times and time saving tips.

There are pages for contacts, notes and even Christmas lists too.

It is an A5 size diary which is small enough to fit inside most standard handbags and comes with a lovely gold teal cover with ribbon, date stickers and pen loop for just £10.99.

GIVEAWAY

I have the same diary to offer as a prize to one of my followers. This diary is the 2018 edition beginning January 1st 2018 worth £10.99. If you would like the chance to win this diary then click the entry link button below.

My Personal Planner

Published August 3, 2017 by Bizzimummy

With the new school year starting next month, then Halloween celebrations plus Christmas and all other bits to sort, it’s a good idea to have something like a planner to keep all the information in one place. Of course I have my laptop and my phone but these need power and wifi and the information can easily get lost, or worse still – the device broken or hacked.

Planners come in all shapes and sizes with varying costs. The planners over at Personal-Planner are the ones which stood out the most for mr.

These planners are a totally different thing altogether, compared to the usual diary type thing found in shops. The planners get made by you, personalised to yourself. They are totally unique meaning no one in the world will have the same as yours.

Yes that’s my photograph used for the front page of my planner. There’s another at the back too.

These planners take about 20/30 minutes to create, and the interface is mobile friendky too. The reason it takes a while is because everything in the planner is personalised to suit. The page layout, the page headers, dates, colours, back pages etc. It’s just a really lovely thing to have.

These planners come in varying sizes too and this time I went for a large A4 size style. I have so much stuff to fill so needed a large space.

This is the page layout I chose for the dates. I also chose the colours and the heart design at the top.

There are lots of other layouts. This one helps me write daily lists. The bottom of the pages have other sections, again many choices here. I have dinners and To Do but there are many other things to choose from.

Unlike other planners or diarys which run from January til December or even mid years; these personal planners allow me to choose my own start date. Mine began end of last month and will end next July 2018. Also I was able to add my own special dates whilst creating. Dates such as birthdays which even display as ages on the date. Public bank holidays are alraady included.

The back of the planner is also really cool. Multiple pages, again of choice. You can have sudoku, colouring sheets, blank pages, maps, yearly calendars and much more.

The planners start from £18.99 with the A4 planner costing £39.99. They are really lovely . Gift cards are also available for the perfect gift.

My secret diary and activity book

Published April 13, 2015 by Bizzimummy

Jordanna has been sent this cute little book from the guys at Interplay. The book doubles up as both a diary and a book filled with fun activities.

From the outset you can see it’s really girly with pink covers and lots of pink and girly icons. It’s one of those books that every girl sees and wants.

Being a secret diary means it does of course come with a lock and also 2 keys. The lock is really small and a bit fiddly for big mummy hands but fine for Jordanna.

At the front of the diary are lots of stickers to place wherever Jordanna wishes. There are many pages in this book including a full yearly calendar with a page for each month (Jan-Dec). As well as the calendar there are also many activities to complete including pages to write personal information, quizzes, colouring, fashion and lots of space for doodles.

The pages are really beautiful too, all pink and covered in pretty images of little girls and cute animals and flowers.

Jordanna is very happy with her new “Secret diary” tho she tends to keep it unlocked most of the time, so therefore probably not so secret after all.

She fills out most of it at night and takes it to bed with her. She loves the colour pink too so her and this book are like a perfect match.

This diary costs £7.99 from Interplay. There is not really anything negative to say about it and I think the price is reasonable for a product such as this. It is the sort of thing which I would happily but as a small birthday gift or a Christmas stocking filler.

The contents of this diary/activity book are:

1 x Printed 2 ring binder
1 x Padlock
1 x Zip closure wallet
2 x Sticker Sheets
Set of Page Dividers
80 x Printed Pages
Printed Sleeve
