It’s such a pleasant feeling when a bunch of beautiful flowers arrives at my door. On this occasion my flowers came from 123-flowers.
Flowers from 123-flowers seem to cost less than many other similar flower delivery services with bunches as little as £19 and free next day delivery.
My flowers are perfect for the Autumn season with a vibrant mixture of reds, deep purples and greens. A lovely selection of carnations and chrysanthemums make up this pretty vibrant delight bouquet.
Choose between small, medium or large starting at £22.00. A pop up vase comes included free which saves the need of hunting round for a glass one. However if you prefer the glass vase then one can be added for £5.99 extra.
Plant/flower Food also comes included which is meant to make the flowers last longer.
Other additional extras include bears, wine, balloons and chocolates. A message card can be included free of charge too.
I love receiving bouquets of fresh pretty flowers. Unfortunately I don’t really have anyone to buy me them as I on my own. So.. I had a very big smile on my face when a very nice courier turned up on my doorstep holding these for me.
This beautiful bouquet was sent to me by FloraQueen who deliver flowers in the UK and internationally. They have many different bouquets to choose from, both big and small to suit most price budgets.
I chose a bouquet of lillies, roses and gerberas. I’m glad I did as it really is beautiful. I have had many visitors saying how much they like the new flowers.
My flowers came delivered in a bouquet wrap as above, no big bulky box or unnecessary packaging. All I needed to do was remove the wrap and place them in a vase of water.
The lillies came unbloomed, but within a day or so this happened!
There are still a few lillies to flower yet but they are huge when they do and so pretty.
FloraQueen guarantees that all their flowers stay fresh for at least 7 days. I am now on my 4th day and they are still looking great. I think the sun and heat may be helping a little, plus the frequent water top ups.
Not only do they look great with the mixed varieties and colours but they smell good too, just how fresh flowers should smell.
FloraQueen also sell a selection of gifts and offer fast delivery and a choice of delivery dates. Yes you can also add a card to the bouquets too.

Flowers are lovely at any time of the year, tho sending bouquets does seem to be less popular at Christmas than other occasions. This is probably down to the weather, lack of sun and of course Xmas delivery dates. However if your wanting to send a festive bouquet then Prestige flowers are delivering right up to Christmas including Christmas Eve.
Christmas flowers are all about the right colours. For Christmas it’s vibrant reds so think roses and gerberas. Mix red flowers with a bit of festivity with pine cones and cinnamon sticks and this is what you get.
This is the festivity bouquet and it starts at £28.99. This is what I currently have on my window and I’ve had it over a week and it’s still blooming just fine.
For those not used to the whole internet flower process then it’s really simple. You choose the flowers to send, add a message, plus extras if you wish. Then fill out the details, pay, sit back and relax and wait for the “Thank you’s”.
The flowers get courier delivered to the recipients door in a fairly large but lightweight box.
I was quite surprised to see that the bouquet even came with a glass vase and a small box of truffles, which were lovely.
The flowers were fresh and many i bloomed when I got them. There was even a packet of flower food stuff which goes in with water. I think this helps keep them fresh for longer.
I do love being sent flowers.
Floraqueen began over ten years ago and are international florists delivering bouquets to more than 90 countries.
Flowers can be for any occasion and not just birthdays or valentines or the big occasions and it always cheers me up to receive a nice bunch of flowers for myself.
I was able to select my own flower assortment and there are plenty to choose from. The category options allow you to narrow it down to which type of flower you particularly want, for instance a bunch containing specifically roses or Lillies.
Roses and Lillies are what I enjoy and I found this very pretty bunch containing both red and pink roses and White Lillies.
Most flower selections come with further options to select how big a bouquet you want to send – classic, deluxe or premium. My particular flower bunch starts from £27.
My flowers came with a courier and were literally ready to put straight in a vase of water.
There is no box or big chunky packaging to dispose of, it’s just the flowers. A card and message can be added too.
The flowers arrive fresh, the Lillies not yet flowered and some of the roses only just opening. I love the smell of fresh flowers and the colours on this bunch very bright and pretty too.
A perfect start to the day receiving such pretty flowers.

Well this week has not been a good one, yet again. I have been feeling quite low and was in need of a little cheering up.
Today thanks to Tesco, did cheer me up a little with the arrival of some beautiful bouquets, through the new Tesco flower delivery service which is available via Tesco Direct.
There are many different flower bouquets to choose from with the price range between £20-£50. Bouquets come with many flower varieties and colours.
The flowers are delivered on a day of choice. The total price of the bouquets is the full price including courier delivery.
I was given £45 to spend on the flower delivery service. As you can see they come in rather large and very strong boxes. The flowers are very well packaged and secured, so much so that I actually found it difficult getting them out of one of the boxes.
I chose two bouquets – Cerise rose & Lily and a White rose bouquet.
Each bouquet comes with a glass vase which is a really good idea as I do not possess a vase in my house. They also come with 2 satchets of flower food.
Full instructions are provided inside the box. I did have to trim the flowers and remove many of the leaves before putting them in water.
And now my home is full of beautiful cheery sweet smelling flowers. I do love the scent of fresh flowers.
With the flowers comes the option to include a little personalised card to, so I wrote these cards to my children as unfortunately I don’t have anyone to send flowers to😓.
You can order fresh flowers via the Tesco direct website and send them to any address in the UK.
Well I have been unwell with this awful virus for 3 weeks now and slowly getting better.
Yesterday my postman bought me a lovely surprise in the form of a big bunch of flowers courtesy of the lovely people over at Bunches
Bunches is a family run businesses delivering beautiful flowers, plants and other gifts throughout the UK.
It’s very rare I get flowers from anyone so these really bought a smile to my face. I can’t remember the last time I was given flowers and the fact they are delivered to the door is a bonus.
The flowers arrive in a big strong secure cardboard carrier. They are wrapped and tied together and often come in a water cube to keep them fresh whilst being transported. The cube is easily removed as is the wrapping and they can then placed in a vase.
Brief instructions come with the flowers along with a satchet of flower food if required. The flower food is added to warm water in a vase before putting the flowers in.
I love the smell of fresh flowers it reminds me of a Summers day. My bouquet is a Spring Charm selection and it includes white Chrysanthemums, yellow tulips, yellow roses, moonlight carnations and purple Tracheliums. It’s a beautiful selection.
Many of the flowers are unbloomed when they arrive, but already after just 24 hours they are opening up to give the bouquet it’s full effect.
The flowers and gifts can be delivered anywhere in the UK at any time and for any occasion. Many of the flowers come with free little chocolates too and gift cards can be added along with optional extras such as cakes and gift cards.
A bouquet like this costs £23.99. Prices vary for other bunches. The cost includes free Royal Mail first class post. Courier delivery by fed ex is optional at an extra charge.
So if you know someone who is also feeling unwell then cheer them up with a flower gift from Bunches
Bloom Pops is part of the Cool Create range from Flair toys.
It’s aimed more towards girls than boys and is all about creating and popping pretty flowers which can be displayed on a tree.
The set includes fabric petals, sticky pads, spacers, sparkly gems, display tree, bloom pop maker, design studio and instructions.
The design studio is simply a plastic base with different containers to hold all the parts. The display tree comes in two parts which slot together.
It’s really easy to do. The fabric flower petals come in lots of different colours and shapes. We each took turns to make them and all we had to do was select at least 3 flower petals each: large, medium, small and maybe one more. We start off with a flower base on the studio and attach the petals one by one, each one separated with a flower spacer (also fabric). Then add a flower button (small rubbery thing) this holds the flower together. Once done we use the bloom pop girl (main piece) on the flower and press up and down. I think this helps to secure the flower button correctly.
We are then left with pretty flower designs just like this one.
A green plastic release tool is provided which is the next step. I was a little confused on the purpose of this as it did not make that much difference really. We slide the green tool under the top flower button and lift. I think this is meant to open the flower up a little but a few times it ended up taking it apart meaning we had to start over again.
Sticky rings then go on the back of the completed flowers and gems can be added. Then they are finished and ready to go on the tree or stuck where ever one wishes.
I think they look quite pretty on the tree and the tree makes a lovely display item when placed on a unit or window.
The Bloom pop kit does not last long. They are very easy and quick to make so it’s over within an hour. Also there are only enough sticky pads and flower buttons to make 6 flowers in total. This is a slight disappointment, it would of been nice to have more parts to make more. I suppose they could always be taken apart and remade even tho the backs are stuck to the tree.
Bloom pops is available to buy through Amazon for £18.80. Little girls will love it and even the boys too but I do think it’s quite expensive for what we got in the box. It may be priced differently throughout different toy stores and it’s aimed at children ages 5 and over. There are a few small parts included.
I cannot remember the last time I got given flowers as a gift. 😞 I certainly didn’t get any after having Izebella and cannot recall any in the past few years. Therefore I was over the moon when a lovely basket of flowers from Bunches arrived at my door.
This is the Mothers Day Planter . A perfect gift for telling your mum just how special she is.
The flowers come in a vintage zinc pot which is filled with baby pink and hot pink roses. Plus a miniature peace Lily. The planter is finished off with a keepsake pink satin rose.
When the planter arrives, many of the roses will just be buds at first.
However with proper care and watering the roses will soon bloom within a few days, giving a very pretty basket of flowers.
The Mother’s Day planter costs £26.99 which includes free delivery and comes with free chocolates. If you wish to buy one of these beautiful planters as a gift for your mother then you can do so at Bunches
Bunches is a family business delivery flowers across the UK, what ever the occasion.
